- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
5.2 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The content and behavior of your voice agents
- Obtaining proper consent from end users who interact with your agents
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
6. Pricing and Payment
6.1 Service Fees
- Voice agent hosting fees billed according to your selected plan
- SMS notifications included with account (no additional charge)
- Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
6.2 Billing
- Payments processed securely through Stripe
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- No refunds for partial months
7. Service Level Agreement
7.1 Uptime Guarantee
- Enterprise: 99.9% uptime SLA
- Pro: 99.5% uptime target
- Starter: Best-effort availability
7.2 Support Response Times
- Critical issues: 2 hours
- High priority: 8 hours
- Normal: 24 hours
- Low priority: 48 hours
8. Data and Privacy
- Your data is stored securely and never sold
- Voice call metadata retained for 90 days
- You retain ownership of your voice agent configurations
- We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable privacy laws

9. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with other users' use of the Service

10. Termination
10.1 By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds for partial months. To stop SMS notifications only, reply STOP.

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

- Fraudulent activity
- Non-payment
- Abuse reports
- At our discretion with 30 days notice
11. Limitation of Liability
