Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using CloudBot's services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in service suspension or termination.

You may not create, distribute, or promote:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Content that promotes or incites violence
• Hate speech targeting protected groups
• Harassment, stalking, or threats against individuals
• Revenge porn or non-consensual intimate imagery
• Graphic violence or gore
• Content that promotes self-harm or suicide

2.3 Spam and Abuse

You may not:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
• Use our SMS API without proper recipient consent
• Harvest email addresses or phone numbers
• Operate pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing
• Send messages with misleading headers or content
• Engage in phishing or social engineering
• Impersonate other individuals or organizations

2.4 AI Agent Misuse

You may not use AI agents hosted on our platform to:

• Generate deepfakes or synthetic media for deception
• Create convincing impersonations without disclosure
• Automate social engineering attacks
• Scrape personal data without consent
• Perform unauthorized security testing
• Generate content that violates this AUP

2.5 Technical Abuse

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' services
• Launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks
• Exploit vulnerabilities in our platform
• Use excessive resources that impact other users
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Reverse engineer our software

2.6 SMS-Specific Prohibitions

In addition to our SMS Policy, you specifically may NOT send:

• Messages to numbers on the national Do Not Call registry (for marketing)
• Messages to emergency services numbers
• Messages to premium rate numbers
• Messages containing deceptive caller ID information
• Messages that evade opt-out requests
• Messages to purchased or rented contact lists

3. Intellectual Property

You may not:

• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or patents
• Distribute pirated software or media
• Use our services to steal trade secrets
• Violate software licenses
• Claim ownership of content you don't have rights to

4. Privacy Violations

You may not:

• Collect personal information without consent
• Distribute private information about others (doxing)
• Violate GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy laws
• Access accounts or data belonging to others
• Use our platform to facilitate identity theft

5. Network and Infrastructure

You may not:

• Send traffic that appears to come from our IP addresses (IP spoofing)
• Use our infrastructure to send forged emails
• Operate open proxies or VPNs without authorization
• Mine cryptocurrency on our servers
• Run network scanning tools without permission

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of violations of this AUP:

• Report immediately to: abuse@cloudbot.ai
• Include specific details and evidence
• Do not attempt to investigate on your own

7. Enforcement

7.1 Investigation

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor use of our services for violations
• Investigate suspected violations
• Cooperate with law enforcement
• Access customer data when required by law

7.2 Actions We May Take

In response to violations, we may:

• Issue a warning requiring corrective action
• Suspend specific features (e.g., SMS sending)
• Suspend your entire account temporarily
• Terminate your account permanently
• Report illegal activity to authorities
• Pursue legal remedies for damages

7.3 No Prior Notice

We may take immediate action without prior notice for:

• Illegal activities
• Security threats
• Spam or abuse affecting other users
• Violations causing legal liability

8. Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• All activities occurring under your account
• Ensuring your users comply with this AUP
• Securing your API keys and credentials
• Promptly reporting security incidents
• Maintaining accurate account information

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP periodically. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
